Scope & Complexity
Cut-over planning and management for 19 rollout clusters with approx. 300 companies. Management of the parallel go-live of up to seven SAP S/4HANA rollout clusters with up to 120 business units across different business areas and countries. Coordination of more than 10,000 individual measures, including migration of master and transactional data, integration of peripheral systems, ensuring data quality, and business process transition. Leadership and coordination of international project teams, organization of dress rehearsals and go-live management. Transformation across the business areas Record to Report, Accounting Subledger, Controlling, Procurement, Maintenance & Service.
Concept & Methodology
Development and implementation of a comprehensive cut-over and migration concept from piloting to scaling the approach with clear action guidelines, communication strategies, and daily reporting. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and technical as well as functional validation in close coordination with auditors and business departments. Scaling and stabilization of the pilot go-live approach. Risk reduction through detailed time planning, targeted distribution of cut-over activities, and coordinated transition processes. Transparent communication and consistent implementation for maximum business readiness. Regular status reports, resource planning, and close coordination with all relevant stakeholders. Handover of proven concepts and plans to the client for the SAP-S/4HANA-rollout to an additional 200 companies.
